Common questions
What size gas tank does my home need?
It depends on how many people live there and which appliances run on gas. Central water heating is usually the biggest user. The calculator above gives a quick estimate, and a Hulul engineer confirms the size after a site visit.
Overground or underground tank?
An underground tank saves space and stays out of sight, so many villa and compound owners prefer it. An overground tank is simpler to install and suits many commercial sites. The Hulul store offers both, in several sizes.
Central tank or gas cylinders — what’s the difference?
A central tank feeds the whole building through one network, so there are no cylinders to swap or store. A 1,000 L tank, for example, equals about 40 gas cylinders.
Is a central gas system safe?
Yes, when it is designed and installed correctly. Hulul works to the highest safety standards, and systems can include gas leak detectors, automatic shut-off valves and remote tank-level monitoring.
Do you maintain the system after installation?
Yes. We offer operation and maintenance plans for each client, including a 24×7 option. You can also book a maintenance visit directly on the Hulul store.
Do you serve compounds, restaurants and factories?
Yes. Our projects include the 800,000 L MiSK City tank farm, Al Rabiyah Aramco Residential and industrial gas systems in Ras Al-Khair. For compounds we manage filling and billing, and large projects can use our Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model.
Which cities do you cover?
We work across all regions of Saudi Arabia. Our head office is in Riyadh, with warehouses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Qassim, Khamis Mushait and Madinah.
How do I order a tank or a site visit?
